Tools for a Motorcycle Adventure
Below is a list of suggested tools to take. Try to keep your tool kit as light as possible. Think whether you are really going to need everything you take. Remember, in some instances you're not going to be able to fix the bike at the side of the road (so why take a set of torque wrenches!) Be aware that you'll be able to make weight savings by removing tools you know you will not use. For example, for the maintenance I'll be doing on my Honda I'll only ever use spanner sizes of 8mm, 10mm, 14mm, 17mm, 19mm, 24mm. I'll leave the rest at home. Also, I think tool rolls are the lightest and most efficient way of keeping you tools together and organised.
